Rwanda Higher Education Council ( HEC) warns accredited Higher Learning Institutions (HLIs) to teach the only accredited academic programs and issue the Award (Degree) related to the level of the accredited academic programs.
HEC goes on to say that it has been found that there are some of the higher education institutions that offer Academic programs and provides awards that are not allowed to provide, so all institutions are required to respect and guiding on all what are included in this Notice.
