Basically a journalist uses to cast, organize and publish information, language comes to the forefront. While using it, the journalist has a responsibility to use it effectively in verbal and written, and thus helps those who provide information to learn fluent language, which reduces the distorted use of the language.
As part of the celebration of International Indigenous Language Day to be Celebrated on February 21, 2021, Rwanda Academy Language and Culture (RALC) in collaboration with the Association of Journalists in Rwanda (ARJ) to publicly thank the journalists who have sworn to others in the use of Kinyarwanda effective in the various media outlets they serve.
