📋 Tender Description
African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE-Rwanda) implementing “BMZ/KNH Funded project:67009 Enhancing Access to Inclusive Early Childhood and Development, EG 5204 Project” is looking for potential bidders to supply office and cleaning materials, Specifications are found in tender document.
Office & cleaning materials will be supplied to AEE/Gatsibo Branch Office, Kiramuruzi Sector, Gakenke Cell, Akamasine Village, tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040 0047325 22/AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali.
🌐 How to Apply
Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Gatsibo Branch Office not later than March 26, 2021 at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected.
Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Gatsibo Branch Office the same day at 10:30 am.
Bids must include: Financial proposal (price including TAX), EBM User certificate, Performance letter of successful completion from one company
